Don’t blame Conan. Don’t blame Leno.
Leno was kicking ass when he was told “we’re pushing you aside for Conan, but we’ve got something up our sleeve.”

I may be the only one who sees it this way, but perhaps the most devastating piece of the Haiti earthquake to me is the destruction of their presidential palace.
